The Copper Creek area is approximately 20 miles SE of Kremmling. It has two areas, one referred to simply as Copper Creek, consists of lots with approximately 10 acres in size. The second area Copper Creek Ranch Estates, has lots with acreage around 40 acres. The smaller parcels are most commonly serviced by household wells with an average depth of 374ft. The larger parcels are most commonly serviced by domestic wells with an average depth of 389ft.
